Thank you for visiting my election website. I have been honored to serve the American people as a United States Marine and as one of the true few who served as an Embassy Marine not once, but twice. Michael supports H.R. 470 ,the Economic Recovery and Middle-Class Tax Relief Act.
Michael also supports H.R. 450 ,the Enumerated Powers Act. This act REQUIRES Congress to specify the source of authority under the United States Constitution for the enactment of laws, and for other purposes.

Wardell believes there is merit in an amendment to the constitution that states:
"Congress shall make no law that applies to any citizen of the United States that does not apply equally to the President, The Supreme Court or any/ all US Senators and Representatives and Congress shall also make no law that applies to the President, the Supreme Court or any/all US Senators or Representative that does not apply equally to all citizens of the United States. All existing laws and regulations that do not meet these criteria shall be declared null and void ex post facto"
